By The Sea Kayaking at Victoria, PEI

Paul Sheridan runs By The Sea Kayaking and offers several sea kayak tours but we opted for the Clamming- Sea Kayak trip. This is called " I dig therefore I clam" and it is a great tour since it combines kayaking and clamming. After paddling to a nearby sand bar you gather enough clams for the group and then Paul makes a delicious clam chowder at the end of the trip. Victoria, PEI is a quaint little town and I recommend staying and eating at the Victoria Village Inn and Restaurant.
