Ladies Division

Registration fee $125 per team.

Maximum 12 teams play a round robin regular season,

with a tiered tournament at the end to determine league champions.

Volleyball Canada Senior Rules apply to all matches.

• Each match will have a 10 minute warm up

  • 3 minute pepper

  • 3 minute team 1 hits

  • 3 minute team 2 hits

  • 1 minute serving

Teams can use a libero at their own discretion as per NLVA rules
