Head of Division (Ken Livingstone) - is responsible for the administration of both the Theatre and Visual Arts programs.  Together with the Chairs of both programs he oversees the academic, artistic and financial operations of the Division and represents the concerns of the Fine Arts to the administration.  Each year the Head convenes a council of student representatives from both programs.  In some instances permission of the Head is required before students can undertake certain activities.

Chair of Program (Carol Nelson) is responsible for the day to day operation of the theatre Program, academically, artistically and financially.  Together with the faculty determines teaching assignments, the choice of productions and the hiring of guest artists.  It is the responsibility of the Chair to maintain the academic integrity of the program and therefore the performance of every student in the program is of concern.  The office door is always open, don’t hesitate to drop in.

Technical Director/Production Manager (Jim Chalmers-Gow) is responsible for the technical and financial organization of each production and the maintenance of the physical plant.  He is responsible for the scheduling of technical staff, the setting of production schedules and maintaining production budgets.  In addition he organizes the rental and loan of departmental space and equipment and is responsible for maintaining safety codes and abiding by all federal, provincial and municipal by-laws.  Instructs in the stagecraft program.

Workshop Supervisor (Bruce Bryne) maintains and supervises the operations of the carpentry workshop for both theatre and visual arts.  Is involved in set construction and as master carpenter builds specialized period furniture and weapons and any other props requiring superior expertise in wood and metal.  Instructs in the stagecraft program.

Head of Wardrobe (Wendy Vey) an expert in the drafting, cutting and assembling of costumes.  She is responsible for the construction of all in house costume designs.  In addition she is responsible for maintaining the costume shop and warehouse.  Instructs in the stagecraft program.

Theatre Technician (Dale Power) has particular expertise in lighting and sound equipment and in electronics and computer operations, he assists the technical director in these areas of production as well as being responsible for sound design for individual productions.  Instructs in the stagecraft program.

Stage Manager (Krista Hansen-robitschek) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the stage management of departmental productions.  This includes maintaining rehearsal schedules and spaces, liaison with directors, designers and other technical staff, and the supervising of student stage managers.  Instructs in the Stagecraft program.

Division Secretary (Linda Humphries) as secretary to the Head of the Division, works closely with the Chairs of both programs to co-ordinate all administrative activities of the Division.  Provides invaluable support to faculty, staff and students when we most need it.
